We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for us, as we were visiting the beautiful Keukenhof gardens. We also loved that this hotel is pet-friendly, with great walks through the woods to the nearby beach. The rooms were luxurious and clean, providing us with enhanced comfort during our stay. We also appreciated the amenities such as the tea and coffee facilities and the mini-bar. this place provided us with a top-notch experience!

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It offers great service and amenities, and its location near Keukenhof gardens is a major plus.

We loved this quite, beautiful hotel at the beach. Clean and lovely, we will stay there again.

We arrived very late after the restaurant had closed, yet the manager asked the chef to prepare us something. We had a delicious meal in front of the fireplace in the bar; it was very nice.

The bathroom needed updating; no shelf over sink for cosmetics, etc.

The hotel is located in a great spot near the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room size was larger than expected which was a nice surprise.

The room was outdated and in need of a refresh. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired with dust balls around the room.

The room size was impressive and the beds were comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The location near the beach was ideal, as well as the ease of renting bikes for exploring the area.

Food was exellent and the hotel was very nice.

Room (#208) was not clean. Room was outdated (old) and absolutely did not match expectations (or the website picture) as regards a superior deluxe room. Let alone one for which one pays almost Eur 140 per night. Beds were uncomfortable and were basically two separate beds shoved together. Have the strong impresion that we did not actually stay in the superior deluxe room that we booked. All in all a very disappointing experience which certainly does not justify another stay in this hotel.

Comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast and delicious dinner in the restaurant. Convenient location for those traveling with a dog.

The location was perfect. Quiet and peaceful.

People smoked on the balconies of the no smoking rooms. We couldn't sit on our balcony. We had to close the balcony door whenever there was smoke.

Room was spacious. Location is great as it is near the airport and the beaches

Some of the personnel is untrained and some of the rooms still need refurbishing. In this summer the lack of airconditionning is evident.

The hotel had a great location near the Dutch dunes, providing easy access to the stunning fields of tulips and hyacinths. Local restaurants offered delicious meals and there was a good breakfast selection available. The staff was efficient and friendly, and the clean rooms had pleasant facilities, including large, separate bathrooms and toilets.

The hotel furniture was outdated and could possibly use an upgrade to create a neater appearance.
